All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Rangoli website are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders must be paid using one of our available payment methods before processing, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Rangoli does not store your debit or credit card information on its servers.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. Rangoli reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery
Rangoli aims to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are available on our Shipping & Returns page. Rangoli is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items, customized products, or products damaged due to customer misuse may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
